Individual solutions are developed to meet customers' individual demands for magnets. As a rule, the use of magnet systems by customers is greater than that of individual magnets.

Permanent magnet couplings and brakes in drive technology are especially suitable when rigorous separation between the drive and take-off is essential or a specific relative torque transmitted by the drive is required. The transmission of torque is safe, contact-free, friction-free and requires little maintenance.

In sensor technology, where control must be of millimetre accuracy, magnet systems are used: e.g. in robots, tooling machines, ABS in vehicles and motor management.

Annular permanent magnet systems are not only used in audio technology but also in control and weighing technology.

Magnet systems such as holding magnets have proven their worth in numerous branches of industry. They are used to hold ferro-magnetic work pieces securely, thereby enabling them to be worked on easily and safely.

In factories working with metal magnetic rollers are used to hold and transport metal sheets, tubes, profile sections and rods at high speed, safely and without slippage, through presses and metal printing machines.

Clamping blocks are used in engineering and tool-making to clamp and hold ferro-magnetic work pieces with thin walls or a complex shape. Furthermore, Tridelta also carries an extensive product range in stock.
