The manufacturing sector Magnetsysteme offers innovative magnet technology tailored to the customer's needs:
Lifting magnets as a permanent-electro-magnet system, generating lifting forces from 4 70 KN (in accordance with VDE 0580) for the safe transport of ferro-magnetic loads. Electrical supply: 240 V AC, 400 V AC with in-built current regulator; 200 V DC for process plants with Tridelta current regulator. The attractive force is independent of the imparted current and remains unaffected during power cuts. Applying the control voltage to the electro-coil nullifies the permanent magnetic field, cancelling out its attractive force, thus allowing the load to be set down safely;
Handling systems as compact, switchable magnet systems with a separate current regulator for various different automation applications. Dimensions: W= 30, L= 90, H= 40 in mm, attractive force 210 N (in accordance with VDE 0580);
Spreading magnets for separating the individual ferro-magnetic metal sheets of a stack prior to their progressing further in the manufacturing process;
Stacking systems ideal for installation in a magnet belt conveyor as a modular, 'stop-free', sheet metal stacking hoist;
Separation systems are invariable used whenever ferric detritus needs to be removed from bulk powders or fluids, either by a separator rollers or filter grid respectively.
