Customer satisfaction and a continuous process enhancement - a safe way into a bright future

TRIDELTA Überspannungsableiter GmbH maintains a process-oriented quality management system pursuant to DIN ISO EN 9001:2000.
The system, the processes, technologies, procedures and activities are described in the manual, in process instructions and in work instructions detailing the former. These documents define the specifications for all business processes, especially for the quality planning as well as for the development and manufacture of high-quality products including their tests. Customer satisfaction is the yardstick for our quality efforts. Each product will be manufactured in accordance with the requirements set forth in the IEC standard 60099-4:2004, so that the customer can absolutely rely on our quality. Each product will be individually tested before it leaves the company. In order to do so, only carefully calibrated measuring instruments are used. A test certificate will then confirm the quality of our products.

As part of this continuous improvement process we pay great attention to

  • the economic efficiency of our company and
  • the wellbeing of our staff.

In order to do so, we analyze and assess the business transactions regularly.
