Soft Ferrites - the magnetic material for high frequency technology
Based on decades of experience producing ferrites, Tridelta currently develops and manufactures high-quality material in a variety of different forms.
Soft ferrites are used in a wide range of different fields: • as core material in coils and transformers in power
electronics, (e.g. line output transformers, memory chokes,
logic systems components, chokes)
• for anti interference devices
• in filter coils and impulse transformers and numerous other individual uses.
Magnetic components manufactured by Tridelta from manganese-zinc-ferrite bear the trademark Manifer®. The saturation induction of Manifer material lies between 400 and 500 mT (4000 - 5000 Gauss), thus making power transmission in the kilowatt range possible. Manifer is characterised by low electrical conductivity and is therefore especially suitable for high-frequency applications.
Guaranteed 'know-how' and flexibility, and also our own tool making capacity, make it possible for us to meet the specialized demands of customers from a wide variety of different industrial sectors. The selection of material and form, in addition to other parameters such as air gap, AL-value etc. are determined according to the customers' individual needs.
